Welcome to Lenox, Massachusetts.
Lenox is a town in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, United States. Set in Western Massachusetts, it is part of the Pittsfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 5,077 at the 2000 census. It is the site of Tanglewood Music Center, summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Lenox includes the villages of New Lenox and Lenox Dale.

The Berkshire Scenic Railway Museum's primary mission is to foster interest in the history of railroading in the Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts through the provision of safe, educational, and entertaining tourist train rides between Lenox and Stockbridge. The museum resumed tourist excursion service over 10 miles of track owned by the Housatonic Railroad in the spring of 2003.

The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health had its beginnings in 1966 when Yogi Amrit Desai founded the Yoga Society of Pennsylvania, a nonprofit organization providing yoga classes and training for yoga teachers. The name of the Society was later changed to Kripalu Yoga Fellowship ("Kripalu"), the nonprofit and charitable organization that still operates Kripalu Center.
